Welsh lamb hamper/ real homes magazine

I received a telephone call late November to say that I had won this hamper.
Early December I was contacted by the Welsh tourist board to confirm this, and I was told I would receive a parcel with the dry goods, and a separate chilled package with the meat in.
I duly received the aforesaid dry package, when I opened it, it had been sent with no packing material at all, with the result that everything was all jumbled about, and at least 40% of the items were damaged, including THREE packs of crisps, which had burst open and covered everthing in crisp crumbs.
After many delays, 2 wasted days, and much hanging about the so called meat hamper arrived.
Again a large box with no packing at all, and 2 small packs of chilled lamb slices, one of which had burst open.
I am afraid that my definition of a hamper and theirs are at the opposite ends of the spectrum.
A VERY POOR SHOW!!

OMG that is rubbish!!! Have you contacted either the magazine or the promoter to complain??
I won a food package through a blog that came from Forman and Field and the packaging was absolutely fantastic. Every item was carefully bubble wrapped, packed with those freezy chill pack things, in a polystyrene crate and then inside a cardboard box. I couldn't fault it in any way! That's the way you would expect fresh food to be delivered, and the way you received yours was a very poor show. I'd contact the magazine in the first instance and if they can't help they should point you in the direction of somebody to complain to.
    Good luck xx

I would take photos of the stuff and politely send an email with the photo attached saying how disappointed you where with the condition of the goods. You never know they might rectify it.

I should have said GOOD HOMES magazine.
I emailed the promoters, the Welsh tourist boaard and the magazine publishers, and find it hard to believe that ALL 3 decided to ignore me!!
