Hi All i've had to walk away from my property due to not being able to afford repayments and renting being a cheaper option !!
The problem is I still owe 40k in shortfall !!
So how do I avoid a CCJ as it will mean me losing my job ?? I can only afford around a £100 after rent cost of living etc ??
Please any advice welcome !
