Lost now guys?
All fee's are added to the loan as far I can see but if thats the case its expensive in my opinion.
You really need to get the exact figures to help you to clear things up.
Your mortgage adviser will have given you a Keyfacts document that outlines all the fees added, the product and the monthly cost.
Do you have this?

Not yet we are seeing him tomorrow afternoon to sign some paperwork but I dont want to get conned.
I know these are prime lenders and I expect to pay a little over the top but not in the way they its going to be twice as much.
As a side note, what would you expect a normal high street lender to charge per month so that I know what I paying over the top per month?

Can you ask your adviser to send the key facts document for you to consider before sign up ? Tell him you don't feel comfortable signing up until you have had time to consider it and want to look at all the fee's etc first

Regards.
7.69% fixed = £829.28 per month
After the 3 years £908.99 per month based on current interest rates

Why has he quoted me £660 a month then and not £829?
Could that be because it's interest only???
£100,000 x 7.69% = £640.83 per month
Have you added fees to the £100,000 that would increase it to £660.00 pm.
