I have recently had a newbie win :rotfl:and the competition site emailed me to tell me of this win and that they were going to phone the supplier to tell them to get in touch with me but I have heard nothing yet.. That was over a week ago .. Am I being impatient cos it's my first win.?! Is this the norm?

Thanks.. That's what I thought but the prize has to be chosen and personalised so they will have to contact me.. Guess they will..I was just real excited to win after only a few days lo0 -

It can take a while for prizes to arrive but it can't hurt to send a polite e-mail asking if your details have been passed on. I think it helps to keep in touch with the person you have won from while you are waiting as occasionally prizes do go missing/don't turn up. Maybe wait another week and then e-mail them if you don't hear anything? I know what it is like feeling excited & impatient waiting for your win to arrive!
Sometimes wins turn up in a couple of days and sometimes they can take months! I'm still waiting for a necklace from Nov that went missing!
