Getting myself all worked up about BR

Hi,
I'm not sure if our situation is the same but wanted to offer you some sense of relief as I was also in your position this time last year, worried out of my mind thinking about bankruptcy and the unknown.
My husband and I had never missed a payment on any of our debts and due to change in circumstances (wont bore you but due to unforeseen ill health in the family) we had no choice but to file for bankruptcy but on the run up to this a few months before we went on holiday and spent on cards on the run up to Xmas, however we had no idea that bankruptcy would be looming and this was not spending behaviour out of the ordinary as we always spent on cards then paid off (like you said you do) I was petrified this would look like we were being reckless but it was never mentioned perhaps because at the time we were not insolvent but still I thought it would be addressed as so close to filing for bankruptcy.
The bet advice I could give you is do sooner than later I'm not going to say its easy as its not but there is a huge sense of relief when ou have done it and the sooner you do the sooner it's over.
We have 4weeks to the day left until we are discharged and then can start rebuilding our life but if you want any advice or have any questions I will certainly try and answer just pm me
Good luck
