telegraph bag for life £1.99 and need paper form

I've been Money Tipped!
in It's gone, but was it any good?
On page 10 of the telegraph today it says if you missed out on the anya hinmarsh's bag 'I'm not a plastic bag' then send for the Telegraphs own bag for life which is reusable and made of cotton printed with an exclusive design by fashion illustrator David Downton. costs £1.99 plus the form from the paper.

    thanks, i bought the paper for the free dr seuss cd only to find when i got home that they gave me mondays one which i already had! this makes me feel better about buying a paper i won't read now! lol.
    Cleaning the house while children are growing is like shovelling snow when it's still snowing!

    ive just brought the paper but cant find it !!!!!! where is it plz. page 10 of what bit ?? ty
