reclaiming cc chgs

Hi everyone
Ive been reading posts on here and notice a lot of people having success with reclaiming chgs from banks and cc's.
I took insparation from this and sent of letters to my cc's first one to respond with statements was capital one. So i used the template and asked for the money back (this was on the 17th of april) after just checking my card account online i notice they paid me back 32.00 in chgs today.
The amount i was claiming plus interest was 109.41 they didntsend me a letter proposing a smaller amount or anything this money was just paid in.
Do you think they are intending to pay the rest? or are they trying to pull a fast one on me?
Any ideas appreciated.
Thanks a lot

Well if they have not put it in writing how could you accept it? I am not sure but hell for another letter it may be worth asking!0

Think they maybe pulling a fast one - send a letter back saying that you will accept this payment only as part payment of your claim and will continue to claim the rest back.0

according to martin they have 14 days to issue you with a letter (4 more days in your case) if not i would send the second letter or a simmalur worded first letter, they are prob thinking that if they refund the £32 you will back off...but i wouldnt be supprised when they pay you back the full ammount when you win they will take this £32 off...0 -
