Simple....It tells you as soon as you have completed the survey questionnaire on the Internet. If you don't get the successful message, I suggest :wave:. HTHs and bye !!

I wouldn't hold out much hope as some people are saying that they have been a member for 5 years and not received anything, but you may strike it lucky:)

You have to fill in every line of the address section. I had that problem at first.
