Advice please on hiring a limo for my daughter's 18th birthday

I want to hire a stretch limo for my daughter and her friends to be transported from their party venue (in Manchester city centre to her home address in Wigan) and wondered if any forumites know of any reliable but reasonable companies I could approach for quotes?
All constructive guidance would be much appreciated. I have received one quote so far in the region of £230 per hour for a stretch limo (for 12-16 passengers).
