help i so need your advice

got this letter.

I have recently recieved a proposal regarding the payment of your nationwide credit card account. I have carefully considered the information you have provided but unfortunately i am unable to accept your proposal. please contact so we can discuss options. I dont have a housephone!
If i dont hear from you in the next 7 days i will have to serve you with a default notice. Also your account will be referred to our debt recovery team who will consider legal proceedings to recover any out standing debt. if you are not sure waht to do, you should get help as soon as possible. for eample debt councelling organisations. I did the proposal with the forms that cccs sent me. and the budget plan i did for me!

    I think that is a stndard letter just pass it on to CCcs if you are setting a plan up with them....I read quite a few companies do that at the start

    Hi sweetangle,
    need to know the ammount of debt to nationwide,also other debts,can then advise,would not contact them by phone.

    i have a decifit of £20 a month....
    cccs advised me to do token payments and send off a budget plan and letter which they supplied and i photo copied

    If you're dealing with the CCCS then send the letter to them. Also you could try writing to them again stating that you have the token payments are what the CCCS advised you and reoffer it, enclosing a cheque for that amount.
