credit card charges....

what can you actually claim back with these? I am just sorting through my paper work to write my final three letters to close all my accounts, but while i was doing this i took a look at my credit card statements (from capital one ~ account already closed) now i have 4 charges on that account (the account ran for nearly 2 years) but are they able to be claimed back? they are ~

£20.00 late payment charge ~ 14/06/05
£20.00 late payment charge ~ 14/07/05
£20.00 overlimit charge ~ 14/07/05
£20.00 late payment charge ~ 14/11/05
