I've done this before and no hassle to join but get your appointment early in the month to get the most out of it. My club had a gorgeous pool and I worked out when no-one else was there and had a great time! sauna/spa afterwards!

I wish I could do this again at my local La Fitness, its soo nice there! Don't want to be tied into a contract there =( I might find out if another gym is in the area!~Diminutive0
