I work in a supermarket shelf filling in the chilled sections and the cold makes them dry and all the plastics and boxes cut them to bits

My sis used to do stacking shelves, night shift. Paid quite well, but really took its toll.

Yeh, I feel for you. She had weird things on her feet too, from continually bending down. Then there was the time a milk cage fell on her. Everyone was saying 'go for compenstation' but she wasn't too bothered even though it really did her leg in. Ouch!

How many shifts a week, GIS?

You should have invited him here for a drink...nothing like a discharge of bankrupts to cheer a person up.
