Freebie Help?!

Hey.

I dont know if this is in the right place or not. I recently (but cant remember when) read a post about a website that offered goods in exchance for other goods or services, like a swap shop.

Ive tried searching through the sub section, and the money saving old style one but i cant come up with anything and ive deleted all my history on firefox.

Can anyone help me?! My fella has said if i can manage to wangle a free pram and cot then we can start trying for a baby straight away... :j :j :j :j :j :j

  • Ancasta............ there IS a thread on this [thread=40135]HERE[/thread], . As far as i can remember it made mention of a site called Gumtree. Seemed to be a swap it board for London mostly.

I haven't been asked to tell you that I'm the Board Drunk for this board. As the night wears on, my posts will become worse, with simple spelling mistakes, inane ramblings, and a blatant disregard for the truth. I have no authority to do anything, so there's no point asking or telling me. If you see me past midnight, please tell me to get my coat and order me a taxi.

This is a great one, I recently found this on this site :D

    www.freecycle.org

You sign up to your local area, and people post items that they don't want, and people can come and collect them for free. You have to join yahoo, but it takes two secs and there is a lot of free stuff going in some groups.

    Hiya

If you log onto Yahoo groups and search for Freecycle, you will find a couple in the Newcastle-ish area!
