Quiet for over 2 hours - in fact not just quiet, completely dead...

Ah haaaa....!! Didn't expect this one did you? Savvy up at 4am (and not been awake all night). Seems like only me and kurly~kale logged in - anyone else? It's been nice knowing you all this morning. Must dash though, only a brief visit (seems like I'm doing the 4 hour sleep, awake for a few hours, then another 4 hours sleep - apparently the natural sleeping pattern in medieval times and the natural pattern when people are locked away in scientific experiment without access to any clocks etc.). Interesting, or not, or possibly totally mis-remembered. ... (goes on for another 20 mins:rotfl:...) ...

Brief visit!! Forgot I go on forever...

    Morning Westie.

Right... dropping back to sleep now. But, before I go, I may as well for myself the item I forgot last night - been itching quite recently (feet and back of legs), not sure why, but found not very much E45 Itch Relief Cream in the house. So, I've been to (and back from) MSM and reason I'm posting this is because of this:

    E45 Itch Relief Cream (50g)

    Price Comparison

    Store_5.15px.png£3.89 SAVE 50% on any 2nd item
    Store_2.15px.png£3.00
    Store_1.15px.png£3.20
    Store_3.15px.png£3.20
    Store_7.15px.png£3.20
    Store_12.15px.pngN/A
    Store_4.15px.pngN/A

So which is the cheapest then? Typical perhaps that one of the stores, the one that apparently happens to be the cheapest at the moment, appears to want me to buy two in order to make the 'saving' (individual price more expensive than any of the others listed on MSM). So, work it out ... which is the cheapest if I need E45 Itch Relief Cream?

**Spoiler alert:** (Answer coming up in my next post, probably immediately below)

    Answer:

I could go for £3.89 plus a fifty per cent off for a second tube, but that, added together and divided by 2, still equals around £2.92 a tube (hardly much of a 'saving' on the individual price of £3 available, and I'd be having to buy two to 'save' a total of 16p across two tubes). So it actually seems like Sada (vs Tosco or Sains or W) on one of my 7 other item shops I was going to do already = £2.70 for *one* tube! (Don't need a second one.)

But you'd be wrong. The answer is... the 100ml tube of E45 Itch Relief.

I didn't mention that at all did I? (Never said I had to pick the one I'd specifically highlighted.) The 100ml is not sold by Sada (according to MSM) but Sains or T outright (or vs each other, since same price at both, or vs A as N/A there). So, as I tend to start with Sada (for 10% apg), I only get a better answer if I switch stores on MSM and search there. (In fact, my tip is it's best to start at the competitor and then take that list elsewhere.)

So I'd usu. start with the "savvy" buys of Sains or T and then check A. (Not always 'savvy' though - some fly repellant was on there for one of the stores recently, "savvy buy" it said, at £2. However, another brand had been £1 at M some months earlier. Admittedly it was the Fly only spray rather than others, but the Fly only spray on MSM was also £2 at the time and, M being omitted, you wouldn't necessarily have found there had been some at £1 earlier.)

That's more like a Savvy post - several paragraphs long!!:rotfl::rotfl:

I might get the cream - somehow from somewhere - looks like it's at its cheapest price of the year at the moment, though someone else will doubtless tell me they managed to get it for a pound somewhere else.:rotfl:

I'm probably back this evening, although not posting the 22/1 T DTD list (i.e. expiring today) as it's impossibly long - sometimes the problem is one of too much information it seems.

Bye for now and have a good day if you can. If not, hope things get better. See ya.

Hardly "spoilt" was it? Not much anticipation over something like that! So, twenty minutes on, my hour done for what seems like 'tonight' but is actually this morning. So, turns out, rather unexpectedly (to me), I'm just about part of the 'overnight' crew - going into the morning - so I've just done a quick check and it looks like the Herbal Essences offers at T are being extended to 11/2/12 (although t.com is suggesting they are valid from today until 11/2/12 - mmm, ho hum...).:rotfl::rotfl:

I bet a few of the offers are being rolled over - so it seems best if you pick some items you're after and check t.com on them (regarding my list from about 12.30am).
