Just thinking out loud whilst checking msm obsessively, lol, if the glitch occurs whilst the same offers are on the coke zero works out approx 16p and kingsmill tasty wholemeal approx 55p, anyone care to check those 2 for me?
Thanks0 -
yes, I had my 2 with me just before Christmas, both new drivers and I was amazed that they don't seem to be taught to leave in 1 st gear.
I actually proved it. the car was parked slightly too far back in the parking spot and I'd left it in 1st as normal. so I went into neutral, took the parking brake off and because there was a very slight gradient the car moved forward a tiny bit, enough to be parked correctly, without switching the engine on.
they seem to have been taught to drive in a different way to what we did. They all seem to screech up to junctions and slam their brakes on at the last minite.
Curtorsy and consideration for other drivers, well its so last century.

Hate to tell you this tweets 4 miles down the road and we have no snow at all:(
I learnt to drive 7 years ago and my Dad was disgusted that you are no longer taught this and to leave it in gear. Every time he has driven my car I forget he's been in it, start the engine lurch forward and stall:o
Thoroughly enjoyed catching up on the night shift antics.
Hugs to all who need them.

These deals are really starting to tempt me into applying for an American Express card.. Has everyone seen this on HUKD?

Oi! You lot! There should be as rule that you can't slag off a photo of another poster without posting a better one of yourself.
Your comments have reminded me here's a motorway services I sometimes stop at which reminds me too much of the bar-room scence in StarWars! If the locals all looked like that the council would be diging up and testing all the water supplies or something.:rotfl:There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -

Quick blonde question for you please- my bathroom radiator keeps making a banging noise which vibrates through the pipes around the whole house, the radiators and boiler etc were all replaced 10 months ago.
Is the banging a sign that it needs bleeding? At the moment I stop the banging by turning the heat knob a bit one way or the other
while fully open you could tap the metal part of the rad valve with something as there could be a bit of muck stuck in the valve.
the thermo valve sounds like it needs changing. they dont cost much but dont get the cheapest or it could happen again.0 -
