Thanks for the concern QPR10 he was 20 mins early. Arrived 6.20am and dd was on time, don't even think she needed to park in McDonald's lol, straight in to short stay. Think he had given right flight number but we needed to wait til 12 last night to check arrival details. Just weren't sure where he was flying from as he had several legs to his journey. Dd has nerves of steel to drive all that way last night and I'm so happy she got there :T thanks again x

Let us know when she gets home safely. Hope bf appreciates it. Took my DD to work today as i have snow tyres on my car. Roads were fine but stopped in Tesco Extra for some things and the car park was a absolute disgrace. No attempt made to clear it at all. However they had loads of reduced flowers but still a bit dear at the moment. Think there may be lots of woopsies later as the assistant said it was really quiet yesterday

The road to the local village, have seen it a lot worse because the snowplows seem to miss it. We only had about an inch of snow last night - most of what is on the road has been blown off the fields.

Morning everyone:)Just a quickie before I start catching up,nipped into a food M&S shop this morning and the big rolls of Xmas wrapping paper are 10p a roll:TAnd also they had boxes of Santa sacks with 12 sacks in each for 50p. I've saved mine for next year but would make good "bin bags" and really good quality for 50p:)Off to catch up now;)

I have had anawful time with my order, issues with a discount code being accepted but not honoured, then told it wasn't coming today and I had paid £5.50 for Saturday delivery and then it turns up today, luckily I'm in (snowed in lol) but the 2 boxes had both been damaged/opened one was still open and the other had been resealed with a tape that said resealed at distribution centre. I checked my order and have 2 items missing and 3 damaged - first big problem I have had with a Boots order and I am hounding them now to get it sorted.

Just got 2 boxes delivered. Everything there and in ok condition but they could have used some padding to protect the items. Only a few years ago they used to use realms and realms of paper to pad out and protect the boxes.

Pleased with order but the £10 off for over £60 spend wasnt taken off
