Would it be wrong to push a 6 year old and 4 year old down a snowy bank in a huge boots bag?? feet first of course.

Bit late for me to reply but NO! :D
We went sledging 2 years in a row without sledges, we just used these really thick large carrier bags (think they came from the Lego shop) they were big enough to sit our bums in with our feet out in front on the floor and could hold the handles and the kids back then were around 5 and 9 I think. We first tried it with cushions stuffed in the bottom but the kids preffered it without.
Was no end of fun and the kids could easily carry them back up the hill :D
I'd say the bags were similar to a big Boots one, just make sure they're thick and make sure there's no sticky up twigs as they go down or it could be painful :D

I popped in to see if I could find the cheese offer I'd heard about (only problem is I can't remember the specifics of it) but couldn't find any :(
Any chance you could tell me what to look out for as I'm popping up that way for a kids party at 9 anyway and need to stock up on cheese as i've run out of glitched £1 Catherdral City :)

    Morning all.:)

For anyone not sick of chocolate, scanned the Lindor 100 g bag of Christmas balls last night - SEL said £2 each or two for £3. They scanned at 50p. (Make sure they are the balls and not the new egg shaped ones for Easter.)

Good morning all. :D I see that the night crew have been busy again. It started my day in a happy way laughing at the banter and comments. :rotfl:
Glad your dd is OK cjj.
fairclaire glad you enjoyed your trip to your dad's place, and that the offers are starting to come in. Have a good trip when you go back, and take lots of photos.

Woke to a fair covering of snow this morning. DS2 was at work last night when it started, and I was worried about him driving home, but they let him off a bit early cos of the snow, so he was home safe and sound by the time he was actually supposed to leave work.
He is only 18 and had an accident 6 weeks after he passed his test, but he was unhurt, thankfully, just without his car for 3 weeks. The good thing that came out of it was that he realised how much freedom having his own transport gave him, and how much he missed it. He is now much more careful.
DS1 wants to go sledging this morning, and wants all of us to go with him. I hate the cold, but may be tempted. A bit of fun is needed, and the boys are bound to take the mickey out of me and DH, usually leading to much hilarity.
Anyway, off for some brekkie now. I was told by my SW lady that I'm not eating enough, so a big brekkie may help. ( I decided to go back to the meetings as I was given a free registration coupon)
Hope you are all well. Keep warm and safe, and hugs to those in need.
