Well. I am less than impressed with Boots. Everything is sold out online. If it shows that you can add it to your basket, it then says sold out. Or discontinued.
I have an online tutorial this evening so can't go and see what they might or might not have left in store.
When I did have a quick go this morning from work, the site just kept crashing outI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. Afternoon lovelies.
Hope everyone got what they wanted from Mr shoes. I got everything I set out to get (plus a bit more) Cambridge shops were very civilised, There was only about 10 of us waiting to get in at 8am and there was lots of sharing and chatting going on. After we had finished in there me and my friend jumped in the car and got to our second mr shoes for its 9am opening.
:D again all was very pleasant and calm.
I got back home and ended up heading back down to town with my mum cos she wanted a look. It was a different story by then, shelves were stripped, people were shoving past and grabbing anything and everything. Mum was still happy with her lot though.
I am all shopped out today though, phew.Mrs_Jagger wrote: »PS: Picked up the B Health & Beauty mag at the till (free to Adv cardholders) and have noticed on the inside back cover there is a coupon for 100 Adv Card Points when you buy any botanics product. Pretty sure my little store had these in the 75% sale so may be worth remembering if you still have to go. HTH.
They wouldn't let me use these on the sale itemsAnyone received the prize from this yet. I won something for me and something for mum and neither of us have received our prize. Cant remember when I won, but must be a good month now .
Edit: ooops just read Queenriderbrekke asked the same thing half hour ago

What is the minimum top up for o2 please? May be worth getting a PAYG sim just for these offers?
Anon
Should be able to get the SIM free. The minimum top up is £10. But having topped up once you wouldn't need to top up again. I think you need to make a call every 6 months to keep the SIM active.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I have also got the things you have mentioned - hope they continue to offer great freebies or savings:j:j:j
Does it work on ordinary phones by text then or is it only smartphones??0 -
