    Hello all

Savvybuyer....1 x Kellogg's Crunchy Nut Cornflakes (750g)£3.14£1.57, really its still comparing? really? thought it ended on 13th? tia

No - the offer, when it originally appeared in-store, said it was running until 10th February or something like that. I checked very briefly in M last night, before continuing to Sada, and it's still on (as expected). The one that ended on 13th Jan I think was the Heinz multipack Tomato soups (that came and went in a week) - they weren't out at the front of the store anymore anyway but I didn't really check that aisle last night.

I have been thinking (but not all night) of cancelling my usual M price checks tonight, as I'm fed up with M comparisons the rest of this week following my last shop and also a report that some vodka was comparing at £2 more expensive for M than it really was. If anything major does glitch vs M this weekend I won't be able to provide much info. Sorry David., I also haven't looked again at the bin bags in M and won't be getting back to M tonight to do so. (I will try and go back and read your earlier post instead tonight and see if I have a response for you.)

I think time seems more productive spent at home, so I'll have a night off from M this week. (I might open and start on some of my expensive Choc. Digestives.)

I did however notice some (mainly 'offer') prices in M last night which are very likely to still be running - at least for the rest of the week - and it doesn't seem there are many new offers starting this week - so it's probably a time for a continuation of current offers than a lot of change. I've copied (and amended) below from my post (now from the previous thread) - those items marked * are a little more dodgy as their prices aren't offer prices and could change (up or down), probably by a few pence if they do, on some day in the rest of the week.

I've marked all non-offers with a * - even though, for example, it's unlikely the equiv. of the SP Apple Pies will change from the 50p it still was yesterday (which doesn't count as a formal collection day for the APG) as 50p is the regular price and it's been the same for a long time now. The offers, that continue to be listed below, were still on shelf yesterday and they're going to continue at least the rest of the week aren't they?

A SP Apple Pies (6)*, 50p; Nestle Aero Original Biscuits (7), 77p; Nestle Aero Peppermint Biscuits (7), 77p; Jacob's Club (8), 87p (Fruit, Mint, didn't really look at Orange last night but it's probably still 87p); Haribo Tangfastics single* 10p; Loose Bananas* 68p/kg; A SP Peas* 1kg £1; A SP Mixed Veg* 1kg 75p; A SP Chicken Breast Fillets* 1kg, £4; Cadbury Double Decker, 4, £1; Cadbury Flake 4, £1; Cadbury Twirl 4, £1; Cadbury Crunchie 4 £1; didn't pay attention to the Cadbury Bourneville 4 pk probably still £1; Cadbury Picnic 4, £1; Kellogg's Crunchy Nut Cornflakes 750g £1.57; milk 4pts* on any 3 for £3 (pick 3 x A 1% Fat version as Semi-skimmed has been returning N/A vs M on APG) - it's an 'offer' price in a sense but one that may change for tonight/rest of the week; Young's Flipper Dippers (10), are still 82p (highlight this as it was a long time away from the previous below-£1 offer price); I think we've seen A Ibuprofen Caplets (16)* 28p (supposed to be an offer price but a quite-long running one, so I've asterisked) and A Paracetamol Tablets* (16) 15p although I didn't check them last night. Mr Kipling 6 Viennese Whirls 65p; A CBY 2 Breaded Cod Fillets 284g* £2; A SP Raspberry Sponge* 58p (an addition to the list since last time, always been there but I just hadn't typed it in my post); A SP 12 Fairy Cakes* 60p

Some deicer then. It was £1 in M last night (compared to A's £1.48 last time I saw it - please be aware it won't compare on APG as it's a home/accessories item) for the Car Plan, as opposed to Aldi's? 2 for £3?? (no thank you) that I saw last time. Always cheaper of course to buy off-season. I'm sketchy as it doesn't count as an APG item.

Right, I'll think I'll go from here now - see you later on today.
