Nope, house is an absolute mess right now. I managed to get such a good deal on the kitchen (;)) we decided to put the savings towards a complete rewire :eek:

That should be finished this weekend and then we have to finish lining/painting and wallpapering walls before the carpets go down in February. We hope to be living there by Valentines Day

that is a good idea....we did exactly the same in here. Makes sense to do it before you decorate everywhere else and then decide it needs doing:cool:

Im hoping my renovations will be complete this year now, when I sell my dads place......I never intended them to take 5 years:o

Exactly, after seeing the mess it's made in an empty house I am so glad we didn't wait to do this in a furnished house
