  • Not sure if I should say the name of the packagers that I know do this in N I for advertizing reasons but you can do 95LTV SC in NI with Platform branded lending.

Would any of you like to / be willing to take this forward for me??

(mortgagemamma - sorry what is a vendor gifted deposit??)

I imagine that by the time drawdown comes round then I would have been self employed for about 5 months.

I literally have no outstanding debt either.

    Hope you can help

    Thanks

It would be against the MSE's Mortgage Adviser Code of Conduct for anyone to reply to that . I know that may be infuriating for you , but its the way these boards work - allowing brokers to post, but not tout. However if you have found a broker on this site that you think you might want to work with , then you can make first approach ( by Private message),, and then acceptable if they wish to take you on.

( BTW I feel I can post this, as I have not contributed to your thread, and would ask if you would NOT contact me , otherwise makes my post look like touting - anyway I would not take this type of case on myself - especially given location )

If you are looking for cowboys, find one to borrow the small amount needed to make your deposit upto 10%, then take the mortgage with a more reliable lender.

You don't want a cowboy to have security over your home or you'll find wigwams in the back garden!

    Lol, thats great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
