Options
I've got 2 friends coming today to stay with us for the weekend but our blow up bed has vanished.
One of them is pregnant so it would REALLY be appreiciated if someone could point me in the right direction for a cheap one!
I'm in Ormskirk so I can get to Anywhere in Merseyside, Manchester or Preston

Many thanks

    If your friend is pregnant
personally I can recommend the double height ones. Ours had made a huge difference to our camping - we sleep on ours for 3 weeks at a time. I was ready to give up on campoing with the single height ones. but we are old - nearly 50 this year!!!!

I would ring outdoor megastore to find out if they have them in stock before visiting. I know they seem expensive but you dont have to inflate or delate them ( they have realy efficient battery pwered system build in for this) and they are so comfortable.

Make sure you buy one that comes with a automatic pump as youll only have to do it manually or blow it up with your mouth.

Also recommend the Costco one - if you can get it its soo worth it.

Its self inflating in about three mins - and the inbuilt pump deflates itself too.

If you cant get that or want a single one - I noticed in my local Asda that they were selling them, cant remember the price but being Asda dont think they were much.

    Hope its of some help

  • I was in Asda (Fulwood - Preston) last weekend and saw that they had queen sized airbeds with a pump reduced from about £15 to £8. Didn't look too closely because I wasn't buying but they looked like a bargain.
