Sale on T shirts at M&S

they're great as t-shirts but I find slowly become shorter in length after washing (very slowly though, the ones I wore last year which are otherwise still perfect are now a bit too short for my liking!)
They also grow outways too... never stay the same fitted shape they are after the first 2 or 3 washes. I'm still searching for the perfect tops that don't lose their shape.
Anyone got any suggestions!?0 -

The Primark T-shirts (the ones with lycra in them) are great. They wash and wash and always keep their shape, and they're only £2-£3 each.0 -

I find them nearly too clingy and difficult to get the right size. If I take a 10/12, they sit funny at shoulders, but a 14/16 is massive width wise.

Does anyone know if the short sleeve t-shirts have a decent length sleeve as opposed to the horrible cap type  they are no good for my upper arms

Many thanks
