  • My DD is MLP mad so I followed a post on here at the end of October and purchased a Rainbow Rocks playset and car from Smyths and a Rainbow Rocks Doll from Argos.

However, yesterday I went into Home Bargains and found the same playset that I paid £34.99 for at Smyths on sale for £9.99. The Rainbow Rocks convertible car for £5.99 instead of Smyths £9.99 and I also bought a pack of two Equestria girls (ones that I'd not heard of) for I think £6.99.

I'm feeling absolutely gutted, but I'm sure they were new into my local Home Bargains because I would have noticed them if they'd been there before Xmas. Feeling especially mugged off with the stage playset as £9.99 is just about what it's worth.
  • I've wanted to try ecigs for a while, but didn't know what type to buy. There's so many different types in ecig shops and on the internet.

Our local Home Bargains sells them, but they are in a glass cabinet behind a till, so because of customers queueing, I couldn't really see them. We were in a different Home Bargains and they had the ecigs loose on an end aisle, £5.99 for the cig and 99p for the liquid. (I bought 2 cigs, then whilst I'm charging a battery I can still "smoke.")

I had been smoking real cigs for over 40 years. ( In that time I once gave up for 18 months, but had been unable to since.)

Thanks to Home Bargains, I have now been vaping for 2 weeks with no urge for a real cigarette. I'm proud of myself and my Husband is gobsmacked.

Just got an email from Home Bargains, the Furby Boom Crystal Series Sweets is online for £24.99 free delivery to store, or to home if you spend over £50. This is a good price for a Furby Boom.

Penny Lane Liverpool had Cadbury Selection Boxes yesterday for 59p (the ones in a box with 6 bars of chocolate, that were typically £2 to £3 everywhere before Christmas)
