My saucepans have turned up they are not tefal they are called eazigrip? and is only a 3 piece set??? Not 5 piece i am extremley grateful for winning just was looking forward to the 5. Would you ask the company why i wasnt sent the 5 piece?? Please be nice as i am grateful just would like to know what you would do??
Just had a look on amazon and these sell for £70.00 for the set - the rules say that if product is not available they will give you something of equal value??? This is quite a bit less x2012 wins

Aw sorry to hear they didn't send the right prize.
I would contact Tesco website (just checked but site is down at the minute) and say whilst you're grateful for the prize it isn't the value of the prize that they were meant to send. Maybe they might be able to sort it out for you.

The OP states Teflon cookware, not Tefal... Teflon is just a name for non-stick coating isn't it? Also if they have stated the RRP is £200 then Amazon usually sell for well under RRP on most things, which could be why it's £70 on there?
