Im might be missing something here.

Options
I have already started claiming back my chargers from my current bank - Nat West. I have another account with LLoyds TSB (we moved because the chargers was killing us - it got no better).

Most of our debt is credit cards - can we claim back the chargers on them?

If so can I state that any refund be taken off the ammount owed, or should I get it as cash and work out the best way of getting my other debts down.

(again I apologise if this has been asked befor/ done to death)

You can claim back credit card charges just like bank charges... not sure about the refund though sorry.

I think if you are successful you probably won't get cash in hand but payments knocked off what you owe.

hi. Just to say that i have claimed back credit card charges and they were automatically credit onto my account. however i only got the difference between what they charged me and te £12 they are 'allowed' to charge.
Much easier than getting bank charges which must go to court in my case.
    Hope this helps
