the gym Ipswich basic but fine - two big gyms and helpful staff - also lots of classes (no swim pool or cafe!!)

they have an offer for £9.95 a month (plus £20 start-up) for a 12 month membership. or on Groupon £10 for 10 visits include classes.

wort it if you ant to go to classes as you could do 4 or more a week for £3 if you factor in the start-up fee!!

Also until teh end of march it's only £120 a year contract, well just under.
So less that £10 a month and no joining fee!

I have still to make up my mind about joining it

it is basic but has two gym on two levels and al the usual machines. fine for ten quid. Groupon often do a 10 visits for 10 quid as a trial that's how I started.
