CeFA/CeMap info please

Can someone give me some advice as to whether it is worth paying approx £160 for a new CeFA /CeMAP Competence Development Tool? Or does anyone who has these qualifications want to sell theirs? Must be newish because new regs since 2006.

I have looked on ebay and they do not often come up for sale.

I bought the CDT from Ebay and have found it invaluable. The problem is that I paid £20 + £5 p&p and it was a counterfeit copy.
