1. By submitting your entry to the Give A Fork Facebook Competition app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entries submitted with incomplete information, or found to contain invalid information, shall be deemed invalid entries.
3. Entry is open to residents of England only and must be aged 18 and over.
4. To enter, you must answer a question relating to one of the Jimmy Doherty Give A Fork About Your Pork campaign videos, along with your name and email address.
5. Submitted content must not contain any elements that are or are likely to be perceived as: offensive; materials of an explicit sexual nature; depictions or descriptions of graphic violence; sexist, racist, homophobic, commercially sensitive, defamatory, libellous or in breach of the rights of others, or contain otherwise illegal, unacceptable or inappropriate references or materials. The Promoter reserves the right to remove any content that they deem to be inappropriate.
6. Entrants may enter as many times as they wish
7. Upon submission of your entry, you grant the Promoter the rights to use any intellectual property rights or other vested in your entry
8. The Promotion commences at 09.00 on 03.01.13 (“Start Date”) and closes at 18.00 on 28.02.13 (“Closing Date) (being the “Promotion Period”). For the avoidance of doubt, this means that entries must have been received by the Promoter by the close of the Promotion Period in order to meet the Closing Date validity requirements.
9. All correct answers throughout the promotion period will be entered into a draw and winners will be selected at random by the promoter

1. There will be 3 phases of the competition with a different video and question for each phase. However winners will be chosen at random by BPEX at the end of the competition period (28.02.13) from all correct entries received.
2. The winners will be notified of the fact that they have won within 14 days of the selection date, by email. The winners will then be asked to supply details for the delivery of their prizes.
3. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavors to contact the Winners using the contact details supplied upon entry to the Promotion. If a winner does not respond within 3 calendar months of the first notification, then the Winner forfeits the right to claim the Prize.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third party.
5. No alternative prizes are available, with the exception that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, The Promoter reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value.
6. If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion does not function correctly, whether by means of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the Promotion, then the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or invalidate affected entries.
7. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the Promotion and/or prizes

9. If there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant, The Promoter may, at its sole discretion invalidate the relevant entry and disqualify the entrant from the Promotion, irrespective of the stage in the Promotion reached.
10. The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Should you win, you agree to take part for free in any publicity for the Promotion as requested by the Promoter.
12. This Promotion is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
