Cheapest international postage?

Options
Hi, all

I want to post some printed papers (megs+papers) and other stuff (like boots skin care items) to my sister who stays in the far east. My item might be weigh nearly 2 kgs. Does anyone who how to send it cheaply (by air) please?

I might have to do this thing regulary as my sister might order some more and more. She has just moved there for few months. Now long for U.K. gossips.

Many thanks.

If it's under 2KG then Royal Mail will be the cheapest. If it's over then try someone like Parcel2Go.com

I think you'll be looking at around £20-£25 by Royal Mail depending on whether you send by Airmail small packet rate which gives insurance for £34 or by International Signed For/Airsure which are signed for/trackable and insurance for £34 or up to £500 insurance for an extra £2

It might be cheaper to split it into two parcels. Royal Mail have a special printed papers rate, different to the regular small packet rate, but it would depend how much your Boots stuff weighs and how much your papers weigh.
