M&M Direct £1.49 returns label

Just thought id let you know to be careful when you order form m&m direct.
The option of having a returns label for £1.49 is preselected so if you know you wont need it, be sure to uncheck the box!
I just got caught out with it (didnt even notice it) but rang them and they have happily refunded, but I imagine there are a lot of people who dont notice at all and i think its a bit unfair to have it preselected!

Quick question. Doesn't m and m direct give you a label on the invoice that is prepaid for free basically meaning you have to pay how ever much to send it back to them?

M&M have always seemed to be steep on delivery related things. I wonder why.

Sorry not sure what you mean, Im not really sure whether you get a prepaid returns label Ive never had to return anything to them, but im guessing that you dont, even if this is a new change. The fact is they shouldnt be pre-ticking boxes Ryanair-style as this stinks of trying to catch you out in my opinion.
In all fairness most people probably will select it, with it being a clothing site, but we should be given the option to select it not the other way round.
