How does WW actually work?
Does it personalise a plan for you based on your individual target? Or does everyone have the same number of points to eat whether they're 8st or 18st.
Trying to work out if it's going to be worthwhile doing it.0 -

I prefer SW myself, lost 4 stone fairly easily in 8 months on SW.0 -
I have been doing ww for 3 weeks now and my points have changed twice when my weight dropped down into the next stone category. So it works out your points on your weight/ height/ sex etc0

Did anyone see the recent Dispatches program on C4 regarding WW. The parts regarding their own brands of foods was very interesting in relation to how healthy are they really and with regard to to high costs.
Dispatches investigates the UK's largest diet brand: Weight Watchers. Journalist Jane Moore talks to food experts, dieters and scientists to assess just how effective the company's diet plans and food products are, and asks whether they're worth the money.

Don't bother with WW foods - Just buy the stuff you usually do, make sure you point and track it and you'll be fine. My top tip is use the app on your phone while in the shops, and work out the points of anything you don't already know the points of, before you buy - and not after you've eaten it and it's too late.

I lost over 7 stone in 6 months - so it works - IF you stick to it. Good luck to all who signed up to 'genuinely' make use of this fantastic offer.
