I just put about a cm of neat bleach into the spray container and top it up with water. Works fine for me. Do the same with flash as well. I only ever by cleaning sprays when I need a new spray bottle an that's only cos its cheaper to buy the cleaning stuff than a plain sprayer!starting debt of £16000
Current debt £9879
Debt free date currently feb 2014 although hoping to be free by dec 2013

I just put a small squirt of bleach & a small squirt of washing up liquid in my spray bottle and fill with water. It cleans just about everything in my house.
(a small squirt is probably about a 5 ml medicine spoon full.)0 -
I just put watered down bleach in a spray bottle too. I use it on the tiles around my bath as they are white and the grouting gets a little grubby. I use it on the areas outside where the dogs pee (I dont let them out though until its dried). This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Another bleach-related tip I've tried out recently is to make a paste with bicarbonate of soda. For some reason it seems to be more effective this way - I tried the overnight bleach-soaked tissue strewn along our mould-stained window sealant with no luck, but a paste of bicarb and bleach sorted the lot (and did a good job even when only left for an hour, rather than overnight). Just mix into required consistancy - e.g. thick paste if it needs to stick to the vertical part of a window or wall, thinner paste if it's to pour down the drains.0

I use an old shower spray bottle, as these seem sturdy. I fill it with about 5 mm of bleach and 5mm of washing up liquid and top up with cold water. I then use this instead of the shower spray, saving about a pound a week.0

ive just done this with last of the bleach in bottle and then poured it into the old febreeze spray bottle and drop of vanilla essence
I also used a tiny bit of vanilla essence in a bottle and topped up with water and will use to freshen up fabrics etc as the dog makes everything pong at times!:A :j0 -
karren, maybe consider a bit of lemon juice in that bottle of water and vanilla - lemons are natural deodourisers! I used this on the fabric sofa, rug and curtains at our old house because of eau de dog (new house has much more sensible furnishings!)0
