Mortgage Repayment fee - TMB

I completed a mortgage with TMB in July 2005.
A repayment admin fee of £250 & repayment fee of £169 was listed in the statement. Do i qualify for a reclaim of charges from TMB & how do i proceed to claim from them?

Yes, you do qualify.
You can go back and claim for up to 5 years ago.
Ring the lender and complain.
