Suffered really badly with morning sickness with both my pregnancies. Try ginger beer, but stir it to remove the bubbles it really helps. Also ready salted crisps were great.

At about 14 weeks pregnant the sickness went both times and I felt fab for the rest of my pregnancies and absolutely loved being pregnant, so fingers crossed you're having the worst bit now (well except labour, but that's a whole other story!)
