  • Try seller on ebay called Flogit4u. They sell both used and new goods. I managed to get a brand new John Lewis mattress for cheap. They do a lot of John Lewis stuff! Only issue is some of their stuff is Collection only, they are located in North London.

I'm looking for a cot mattress. I want good quality but want to pay a good price.

I have had people say you can get them cheap on eBay for £30 but not sure how good they are.

I also went in Kiddicare and the difference between the £30 and £90 mattresses was immense but I'm not sure what type will do for a baby.

    Any help please?

Have you checked Boots online? I got my 2 yr old's one from there for £35 from £50 and it's absolutely lovely. It's by a brand called rochingham and the one i got had foam + light springs. He fell asleep on it straight away with first use and it's an excellant quality product :) Not to mention boots points for purchase too :T

tesco have 20% off home and furniture with the code (on their home page) but this includes nursery things. I managed to get a kinder valley moses basket and stand for £34.40 - cheapest I've seen :)

Reposted with new link - Babyway travel cot down to £19.99 on Amazon. Cheapest it's ever been and has great reviews

  • Its currently £94.99 on Amazon. Cheapest I've seen it.

Argos also have the MBP36 for sale at £99.99.

Not sure what the difference is between the MBP36S & MBP36 baby monitor but both have good reviews. I know MBP36s is the newer version so if there were any glitches theyve ironed them out. I think John Lewis price match Argos aswell.

I have the MBP36 and can vouch for it being amazing. I bought mine in november 2013 for £80 from boots. Never seen it so cheap since! It's an amazing device and i wouldn't be without it. My son has epilepsy and now he's in a big bed it's perfect for following him around his room to check he's okay.

Brilliant buy for any parent :)
  • hope this helps someone - there is a £15 off £75 spend on tesco direct (in the discount codes/vouchers board).

I just used it to get my angelcare monitor (AC601) for £60 but you might find it useful for something else - they have a pretty comprehensive selection of baby and toddler http://www.tesco.com/direct/baby-toddler/?icid=TopNav_flyoutlink_BabyAndToddler
