Does anyone know if the money off a spend amount in supermarkets works with baby milk?
I.e. I have a £6 off £40 in sainsburys
I know on the back it says that it can't include formula, just wondered whether the tills are smart enough to identify it?
It isn't supposed to work, however in my experience MOCs still work in Tesco, but not in sainsburys.0 -

It's worked for me in tesco on the self service tills, tries in sainsburys and it wouldn't work, also money off coupons work on the self service in asda on baby milk, I do usually buy a couple of other bits as well so it doesn't look so obvious0 -
I'm not sure about the 0-6 month stuff but I moved on at 6 months to the "follow on milk" which isn't now classified as "infant" milk (as I guess it doesn't compete with breastfeeding so much after weaning). Anyway, you can now use any MOC against follow on milk and you also get points for buying it (clubcard, nectar, boots).
I now buy it from Boots when I get a MOC as you get the most back in points from their Advantage card as opposed to the supermarkets! (although they seemed to have removed the parenting extra points....which they used to add just a couple of months ago!).0 -
In my experience it's fine, if not go through self service, put that through first then when it comes to putting through the voucher they usually cant be bothered to check and over ride it regardless.0

I can't see it posted but I ordered a Mama and Papa's catalogue after reading on hotukdeals that there was a free £5 gift card with no minimum spend inside it. I used mine instore to buy a £12 pram rattle toy, reduced to £6, so using the git card only paid £1. This is the one I purchased copied and pasted from the online site.
Here is the HUKD post.

I'd take advantage! One day I.bought 18 packs and then returned to get another 12 - glitches like this are hard to come by and if they're happy to sell it I'm happy to buy, I have a toddler and due a baby in 2months hence the stocking up xx0
