Made claim against Butlins using MCOL- what now?

Hi,
Last week I made a claim for reimbursement against Butlins for a stay my partner and I had last year. I see from MCOL that they have acknowleged the claim and issued a defence.
What do i do now please? Can i see their defence?

The defence will be posted to you once a hearing has been allocated, do not appertain to it, stick to your case, let them stick to theirs.
    Be happy...;)

    Thank you.
Please can I ask what you mean by 'do not appertain to it'? You mean the date?

Do not start pulling threads you think you can find in the defence, it will have been prepared by a solicitor who will be very good at leaving scarps out for you to take.
You stick to what you have said 100%
    Be happy...;)

Thank you, that sounds excellent advice!
Just to clarify: Do not 'argue' with what they say but just stick to what I say and perhaps provide evidence to back up my claims?
