Unlock Nokia 2650 and 3220

Hello,
I've noticed a few other posts about unlocking but I'm unsure whether this is the right place to make the topic but I'm sure someone can move it if not! I'm simply looking to unlock Nokia 2650 and Nokia 3220 phones, I know there are loads of free unlocking devices around but none of them seem to have the codes for the 2650 or 3220 available and I really wouldn't wish to pay for something that can be done free...
Can anyone point me in the right direction or perhaps help me out.
