Hi all,
Fairly new here so apologies if this is answered elsewhere!
In AUgust 2013 we will have got to the 6 year anniversary of our joint bankrupty.
What happens then? Seems a silly question but is that it off our records?

Hi, well done......yes, 6 years from petition, the BR should disappear from credit records [defaults pre-BR should also have gone.......worth checking as the Credit industry is quite naughty in this respect.
Record of the BR will still remain in the London Gazette.....and, if asked in the future if BR has ever occurred, one must answer correctly....but only if asked.No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0 -
