Court date tomorrow

I wonder what his new excuse will be.

The cheque cleared by the way and should be in my account tomorrow!!! Hurrah! Getting somewhere at last.

Thanks - hopefully the CPO will do what she did last time and phone my case officer who in turn may call me! If not, the Court lady said she would call me anyway (whether she was allowed to or not). The horrible thing is that if nobody calls I will have to wait til Monday to know what happened. I don't expect him to have paid anything by then, but if he has provided evidence of the remortgage it will be a start. I am hoping that it then gets readjourned for the payment date.

Why can't the CPO phone you direct? I would still attend.

My thoughts are with you. I have learnt over the years it is always best to attend. You can also then chat FTF with the CPO.

    Go for it.

I have a blo**y history lecture tomorrow which I can't miss!!! Still, my presence won't make any difference either way, so i am happy to wait for feedback. i shall e-mail my case officer in a mo and ask her to ask the CPO to contact me direct. A good idea!! Thanks

Adjourned until 25 May to give him more time to remortgage. He asked for 6 weeks and the CSA objected and got it down to 4. Back to waiting again then.
