Hair cut regret, please help!

Hi, I posted recently about my damaged fine hair so after thinking about it and getting some opinions from others, I decided to have it cut to my chin. OK the condition looks much better but I miss the length and want to be able to tie it back which I can't. I think I would rather have it long and out of condition! Its making me depressed and I can't wait for it grow. What can I do?

You've not got much choice! Will it go back with clips rather than a band?

It will do but only just, keeping coming down.

I don't think extensions would be a good idea with the condition of your hair so don't rush into another decision you might regret. Maybe you just need more time to adjust to your new cut. Look for ideas for how to style short hair online to get some inspiration. Most importantly, take good care of your hair and it will grow quicker.

Sea kelp tablets. They make your hair grow like nobody's business. Also, it's the right time of year for hats!

I'm curious, what comments have you received about your hair cut? Although you obviously hate it perhaps other people think it is nice. Perhaps you can say something like "well I did it, don't you think it looks great!?" (yes, I know it is a lie) but it might make you fell better whilst the hair grows longer!! Say to yourself it's a new look for the new year, and put it down to experience

I've had positive comments about my hair cut, people say it looks thicker, its me who feels its too short as I like to tie it back, I just want it about three inches longer all round so I can tie it back but also want it to look tidy when its down which it didn't do before.
