Hi all, have posted on here before but that was just before christmas and it all went down hill very quickly so gave up but have sat here at home all day feeling sorry for myself and thought I better take some of my own advice which is "your the only person who can fix it is yourself" So here goes.
Things needing to be changed are:
Cut back/out drinking
Eat sensibly
Manage money better and sort money problems out
Do some housework.
Try to get back to meditating
Simple Eh? We shall see.
By the way love reading all the diaries get so many ideas from all you lovely lot.

Feel better already, decided to get off my backside and hoover upstairs, nothing like a burst of energy to cheer you up.
The thing is I know how to go about changing all the things i want
The housework thing - i have e mails from fly lady every day
The eating thing - i was a weight watcher leader so i know what to do
The drinking thing - stop buying wine
The meditating thing - just sit still in a quiet place (not very likely in our house)0 -
You notice i forgot the money thing, well that might take a bit more effort, will have to update my soa and post it at a later date.0

It's very admirable that, not only do you want to change things, but within 25 minutes you have identified not only what you want to change but how to go about it. :T
Have you thought about meditating outside? A nice nature spot would be good for it.0 -
thanks emslovesmickey for replying so quickly I have known what to change for quite a while just today had a bit of a downer, ok now dosn't last long with me. I find it quite hard to meditate outside a bit aware of what's going on round me (some call it nosey) but i used to go to a group might be a good way to get back into it, good advice though.0

Feel so much better after getting off my backside and hoovering feel like a new person, so simple isn't it? Am constantly thinking about my financial side to things writing lists, re-writing lists because i don't like the first one. The problem is our outgoings are more than the incomings, not even thinking about the cc as we are on a dmp and only pay £1 a month. My main prioity is the mortgage, once that is paid i relax for a couple of days and then get back to worrying. Oh well back to it daughter just came in and going to get something for her to eat, never stops, don't mind really x0

Hi chris am a flylady fanatic (at reading the e mails), like most things no what to do just don't do it, must get motivated, must get motivated.0

Well, got back from work, picked the grandchildren and friend up from school, went to the park, children covered in mud (park not such a good idea) I just think they need fresh air after being couped up in school all day. Came home cooked dinner, sent one child to his room, told the other one off, cooked lasagne for husbands dart's team am having a small glass of wine while calming down. Looking forward to doing my soa tomorrow.0
