Leek and Broccolli Pasta Bake

After scouring on here for ideas of how to use up my leeks, I made up this recipe that tasted gorgeous, so I thought I'd share.

Saute a large leek in marg, with a clove of garlic.
Steam some broccolli.
Cook about 8oz pasta.

Mix the whole lot together and cover in a cheese sauce (2oz marg, 2 oz flour, 1 pt milk, 4 oz cheese).
Cover with about 6 oz breadcrumbs mixed with 2 to 4 oz of cheese (dependent on how cheesy you like it).
Cook in the over for about 30 mins on 180C.

I always use wholemeal pasta and breadcrumbs, I think it gives a nice taste.

I made 2, one to put in the freezer for later, but forgot about it and my dog discovered it cooling on the side - she really liked it too!
