Hi All,
Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place!
Following a link on this site and in the weekly email my wife ordered a pair of ugg boots for £140 from Rubbersole on 27.01.12.
She still hasn't received them. The tracking number link for Yodel says its not recognised so I rung Yodel direct and they said they had no record of the tracking number.
I'm now worried that she is not going to receive them. Looking on trust pilot there is a lot of reviews exactly the same recently.
Anyone had the same problems? Anyone any idea of what to do?

Used them a few years ago, twice with no problems.
The fact that they use Yodel is where your problem falls... You need to back to Rubbersole and explain see what they say.
If you look up reviews on Yodel you will see you are far from alone!0 -
Speak to Rubbersole. It is their responsibility to get the item to you.0
