A very basic question & i`m sure I know the answer,

I ordered some taps online, it now turns out from a VERY dodgey crew.

I have just been online & they appear to have ceased trading!

My question is, I paid with a debit card approx £96 max, am I able to claim it back or do I have to wave bye bye?

Like I say, i`m sure I know the answer, and its no cose I didn`t pay on a CC.....

    It still could be possible you may have some cover - have a look at the chargeback rules for debit cards / payments under £100. See here http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/visa-mastercard-chargeback

    Wrth a shot anyway!

    You are a star!:starmod::starmod:

    I didn`t know this existed, I thought it was only a Section 75 for CC!!!

    Worth a punt & a stamp!

    Thanks :money:

    This morning I have had the monies paid back into my account!

    I`m kinda assuming its the bank, rather than the administrators - as the list of creditors was VERY long!

    As usual this forum & its members has hit the bullseye!

    Cheers

    Glad to see you have your money back! Shows what a letter can do in some cases doesn't it!
