Has the bullying continued? Does she feel there is a way the employer could accommodate them both?

Too early to say whether it will continue but having gone through a formal disciplinary process, relationships have now deteriorated to a level as to be unworkable. The employer is a large private sector company with multiple offices - it could easily separate them but chooses not to.

Then she needs to ask why she cannot move offices. Having said that, it would seem fair to give things a go where she is now - and if the behaviour does recur, to notify management/ HR.
  • She has now decided to leave, so I will close this thread. Thanks for any responses
