Help please re daily comps

I have been trying to change my address on daily sites such as Marie Claire etc., but it accepts the new address but when click "update" it reverts to the old address. Do I have to unsubscribe & then subscribe with my new address or am I just doing it wrong??

I had the same prob when I moved last August. I had to send them my new address via their contact page - I explained that I couldn't do it via their site (same prob as you). Looks like they haven't bothered to do anything about the problem! I would defo contact them though as if you win, your prize will be sent to your previous address! They did update mine after I contacted them.

I have also just moved and had the same problem. I also changed my email address, so for me the easiest way forward was to simply register again - as a brand new member.

I haven't bothered to cancel my old registration but I will when I have a mo. Unless they cancel it automatically if you don't use it, perhaps?

I had the same problem as the address finder was putting a full stop after my city, yet their system wouldn't allow the use of full stops!

Like BlueBella I emailed them and asked them to change the details on all their sites. Had en email back the following day to say the details had been changed.
