Edinburgh is holding a free parks and gardens open day on Saturday 5th May with over 40 parks, gardens, allotments etc open to the public including some private locked gardens. There are activities for children, ranger tours including a special behind the scenes tour of Princes Street Gardens, as well as a free guided cycle tour. If you're in Edinburgh for the day it's a great free day out. More information here: https://www.cockburnassociation.org.uk
